Spiritual Principle #2 The Antidote to Shame and Perfectionism

Perfectionism is a stressful disorder driven and fuelled by shame. And to make matters worse, being “perfect” is a societally accepted cover up from the dis-ease of buried, toxic shame.

I can confidently make these strong statements because I have over 25 years of experience working with people’s shame and issues of perfectionism. Sadly, I have seen, time and time again, the negative impact of shame and perfectionism playing out in peoples lives.

The antidote for shame, whether driven by perfectionism or not, is also a key ingredient to living from a spiritual centre. Why, because this important principle is closely connected to acceptance, serenity and the gateway to discovering a conscious contact with a power greater than yourself.

If you’d like to be free from perfectionism or shame, then watch this short video to discover the spiritual principle that will help you gain freedom from these two debilitating conditions.

Warmly,

Shirley
